(person) won?t do for me.? Do you see how ?stories? like this may hold a person back? This is the mind. It wants to justify and give reasons why your life is the way it is. Your experiences are valid. What is needed, however, is to let go of identifying yourself through your experiences. You are much greater than your experiences. They do not define who you are.

The mind is great at numbers and intellectual activities. That?s it! It does not have any heart connection. It is either in calculating mode or in protection mode. This is the challenge to shift. Gaining peace with any pattern that keeps you from your heart and your truest desi! res is a priority!

For most people the mind is agitated. This is one of the reasons people look to substances for relief. They are looking to calm their mind. Uncovering the root of what causes the mind to feel out of control in the first place is healing. Masking a symptom or pain of any sort will never cure the problem. John was a highly intelligent young boy. With higher than average intelligence, he was also emotionally sensitive. He was obviously a handful for his parents because they did not know how to deal with him. His father was strict with him. Characteristics Of A Panic Attack

A Panic Attack is an intense state of fear that occurs for no apparent reason and is characterized by the following symptoms, though you only need to experience four of them to classify your condition as a panic attack:

-Shortness of breath or smothering sensation.
-Dizziness, unsteady feelings, or faintness.
-Accelerated heart rate.
-Trembling or Shacking.
-Numbness or tingling sensations in fingers, toes or lips.
